If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel at least 2 hours before our shopping shift begins.

To Cancel, go to the profile at the top right hand corner of your account, click on Appointments, choose the appointment you need to cancel and cancel directly from that page.

Please leave a message as we are not able to man our phones but we will return your call. If you leave a message on Friday, your call may not be returned until the following Monday.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests who do not cancel scheduled appointments at least 2 hours prior to the start of a shopping shift or do not show twice in a row will not be allowed to use the pantry for two months.

If you have never visited Mimi's Pantry before, please use the link below to book a NEW GUEST appointment. Use the calendar link listed as NEW GUEST. If you book on the current guest calendar, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to book again on the correct calendar. Contact our office with questions.
When you come to shop for the first time, please bring your ID and proof of residency in Platte or Clay county. Proof of residency can be a utility bill, lease or mortgage, or government issued mail.
